Limited room accessories, but overall a good experience.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the forest near the volcano. The breathtaking views from the rooms are something you would expect from a high-end resort. Secondly, the staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the attention to detail in this hotel is commendable. From the clean and well-maintained rooms to the delicious breakfast provided, every aspect of my stay was carefully thought out. I particularly loved the fact that I didn't even need an AC unit in my room because the cool breeze from the hill was so refreshing. This hotel truly offers great value for money and is the perfect place for a relaxing and inspiring getaway.
Everything was simply perfect.

The transfer arrangements could have been clearer, causing some confusion upon arrival.

Our xmas at this hotel was fantastic. the location was scenic and very enjoyable with winding roads flanked by coconut trees, and beautiful views of the small town and beaches. the unique house design and comfortable beds were the best. We were also treated to friendly staff who were helpful. the fresh air, sunshine, and the sound of crickets were mesmerizing. We also had access to a kitchen where we could prepare our light meals.
It was hard to get a driver to take us to the hotel, and information regarding the pre-organization of travel was not useful.

Staying at Camiguin Volcano Houses-Panoramic House was one of the best decisions we ever made. The highlight of our stay was the interaction with the resident pets - Guapa & Isla with their furry friends. The caretakers, Manong Ado and Manang Vicky, were so nice to us. Kuya Ado was very helpful, ensuring we had lunch first and recommending a tour guide. The value for money is exceptional, with breakfast included. The view on the way to the hotel and in the hotel surroundings is breathtaking, a true haven in the hills of Camiguin.
Can just recommend this hotel.
